• Any individual aged 18 years or older who refers a new client to Better Connected is eligible for the referral reward, provided the referred client signs up for Home Care Package management. 

• Employees of Better Connected are not eligible to refer individuals they know through work connections. 

• Existing clients of Better Connected are welcome to participate in this referral program. 

• The referral program is valid only for new clients of Better Connected.  
• The referral program can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the CEO of Better Connected.
