CEO – Dylan Reynolds
With formal qualifications in law and political science, Dylan is an experienced executive professional with a diverse work history encompassing senior roles within the government, not-for-profit and private sectors. With a particular passion for organisational business development Dylan brings an innovative and analytical approach to all professional endeavours.
Commencing his career as a political lobbyist with National Peak body organisations, Dylan developed a keen understanding of the inherent challenges faced by businesses in navigating complex legislative and policy frameworks across a range of sectors. It also saw him develop an extensive network of professional contacts. Since 2006 Dylan has been engaged with senior executive positions within the not-for-profit sector. Within these roles Dylan has achieved significant success through his targeted and strategic approach to the achievement of organisational and business priorities.
Dylan’s proudest achievement remains his successful management of the business transition for early childhood disability services into the NDIS business environment. This includes establishment of a strong and successful NDIS early intervention service, and the successful establishment of Windaan Aboriginal Services.
