We provide meaningful support for your everyday living
Our assistance to our clients is extremely flexible. Our first priority is simply meeting your needs. These could include:
- Personal care like getting in and out of bed or chairs, showering, food preparation and/or feeding if required;
- Support with everyday tasks such as shopping, medical and dental appointments, banking and paying bills, help with your food preparation, or organising the fridge;
- Assistance in accessing your local area – a trip to your local coffee shop, companionship and encouragement during exercise.
Our services are tailored very closely to individual needs – what we provide varies with every client.
COVID-19 safety response
Better Connected is dedicated to continuing to provide safe, quality care to our clients during this event. We regularly update our staff on the latest COVID-19 information and guidelines from the Australian Department of Health and NSW Ministry of Health.
